As the leader of this project, I produced 11 episodes exploring diverse issues from women’s perspectives. I conducted random interviews in Shanghai shopping malls, engaging with everyday people to uncover insights on topics ranging from identity and academic experiences to work-life balance. Beyond local stories, I researched and produced a special segment on women in Afghanistan, highlighting the systemic challenges they face and amplifying voices often unheard. Leading this initiative allowed me to combine fieldwork, research, and storytelling to create content that is both engaging and socially meaningful.
